WHC Supports Moylan Terrace

On March 5, 2009 the WHC voted unanimously to support the Moylan Terrace development to be built in San Luis Obispo by the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo.  The development is named in honor of the late George Moylan.  It will have 80 affordable homeownership units.  Sixty of them will be affordable to the workforce earning up to 160% of the median income for the county.  The San Luis Obispo City Council will consider the project at their March 17 meeting.  Moylan Terrace is expected to be completed in about two and a half years.  For more information on Moylan Terrace contact Housing Authority of the City of San Luis Obispo.
